Van Deren and Joan Coke Library

Donated to the UNM Art Museum in 2011, the Van Deren & Joan Coke Library consists of over 500 art historical monographs. The collection is particularly strong in the areas of photography, printmaking, and the arts of the Southwest. These books reflect Coke’s wide-ranging interests as an artist and art historian, and along with his archival materials provide a unique resource for researchers. To search the contents of the library collection, a link to the finding aid is provided below.

The library is open by appointment only. Please contact Heather Kline, 505.577.2953 or, to schedule an appointment.
