Artist and journalist Marisa Demarco hosts a panel discussion with environmental journalist Laura Paskus, hydrologist Phoebe Suina, and water planner Dagmar Llewellyn. Situated in the Middle Rio Grande Valley, the panel will discuss on-going issues surrounding climate change and the river.
