Open House Student Night

The UNM Art Museum is hosting an Open House Student Night on April 19th from 5:00 – 7:30 PM, in preparation for the re-launch of our student group, Student Advisory __BLANK__. A current UNM student ID is required for entry.
We invite you to meet and chat with our staff, view our current exhibitions, and see pieces from our collection in the Beaumont Newhall Study Room. Our lower gallery will host Dancing in the Cave (UNMAM Basement Edition) in partnership with the Maxwell Museum of Anthropology. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
What is Student Advisory __BLANK__ (formerly known as the Student Advisory Board)?
It is a student group for those who are interested in art, museums, gaining professional development and mentorship in the museum field. It is a group of dedicated students who will serve in a consultative and collaborative role at UNMAM. The group will officially re-launch in the Fall of 2023.
