Gustave Baumann Art Day 2

Join us for a second art day celebrating the work of Gustave Baumann, on Saturday 3/9 from 10 AM – 12 PM.
In the Center of Fine Arts lobby, museum staff will lead a printmaking workshop open to all ages. Guests will be able create to an original linocut print based off of Baumann’s Morning Sun, 1931, or Baumann’s Black progressive proof for Cottonwood Tassels, 1943. Throughout the workshop visitors will gain deeper insight into the process behind Gustave Baumann’s Cottonwood Tassels—on view in the museum’s Clinton Adams Gallery until 3/9. Supplies and materials will be provided by UNMAM, all minors MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Guests are required to register for the workshop here, the sign-up form will open on 3/4 and close on 3/8.
