Gustave Baumann Art Day

Join us for an art day celebrating the work of Gustave Baumann!
In the Center of Fine Arts lobby, museum staff will lead a printmaking workshop open to all ages. Guests will be able create to an original linocut print based off of Baumann’s Morning Sun, 1931. Throughout the workshop visitors will gain deeper insight into the process behind Gustave Baumann’s Cottonwood Tassels—on view in the museum’s upper gallery. Supplies and materials will be provided by UNMAM, all minors MUST be accompanied by an adult.
