Students are invited to slow down, look closely, and experience works of art in a whole new way. Art History Professor Justine M. Andrews will lead a series of guided exercises to help you meditate featuring works of art selected from the UNM Art Museum’s collection. Each week will focus on new artwork and new exercises. Prior attendance or experience with meditation is not required; please feel welcome to drop into any session. Amid the challenges of this semester, it is important to take some time to quiet the mind and be still. We hope you’ll join us for Mindful Looking!
